Shipping & Returns

Payment:

Pay securely using your Credit or Debit card
Secure online payment through: Paypal Express

Dispatch:

All items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment whenever possible.
No order will be dispatched until full payment is received.

UK Delivery Charges

Smaller items will be shipped either using 'Royal Mail Signed For' services or using one of our courier services.
Shipping prices are based on our standard rate of £3.95 with discount for quantities. See below for examples.
Goods will be dispached either from stock or direct from manufacture if not in stock at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges will be the same for either method.

NOTICE: Please bear in mind that it is YOUR resposibility to sign for your item when it is delivered or if it is taken back to your local depot for collection. Packages that are not signed for / collected within 14 days are returned to us.

Here is a break down of our shipping charges:

First item: £3.95
Further items @ £2.50 per item when ordered at the same time as the first item.

Example 1:
Item 1: £3.95
Item 2: £2.50
Total shipping: £6.45
Saving: £1.25

Example 2:
Item 1: £3.95
Item 2: £2.50
Item 3: £2.50
Item 4: £2.50
Total shipping: £11.35
Saving: £4.05

For 9 and up to 30 items, you pay a maximum of £21.45. From 31 to 50 items, you pay a maximum of £28.80 (per shippment to the same address). For more than 50 items, PLEASE CONTACT US before going to pay, as the module is set at 50 items max.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us first to let us know at: sales@bagsnstuff.co.uk
You are entitled to return any of our products for a full refund within 14 days of placing the order.
When returning goods to us they should be unopened in the original packaging.

No refunds will be made if there are signs that the goods have been worn or used.

Buyer will pay postage and we recommend that you use a trackable postal means such as Royal Mail Signed For.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If goods/packages are found damaged upon arrival, please sign as 'DAMAGED' and inform the courier as well as us.

Note: Club together with your friends and family and save on shipping!

Please note that we cannot discount shipping charges (as shown above) unless all items are purchaced in one transaction and are despached to one address.
